INSRG was created and run for fun, fun is fights, taking space means fights which means fun. Tri is the same. We dont harp that we want the NC dead, they have done nothing to us that we really care about (apart from explode, which we do care about). We shout TRI ARMY IS GLORIOUZZZ in local and go in screaming and kicking into outnumbered fights. Thats what we want out of an internet spaceship game. Everything else is just boring or gravy.

We dont want to build an 'empire spanning the north'.
